What’s Included in a Complete Tech Pack?
A well-prepared Tech Pack is essential for accurate sampling and production. It defines every detail of your garment. From materials and measurements to labeling and finishing.
Here’s what your complete Tech Pack should include:




1. Measurements & Fit
Provide exact measurements for each size (S–XXL or custom).
Define the desired fit — regular, oversized, boxy, slim, or cropped.
Add tolerances and fitting notes if needed.
2. Materials & Fabrics
Specify fabric type, composition, and weight (in g/m²).
Include texture details like loopback, brushed, or stretch.
Add color codes or Pantone references.
Mention optional finishes such as stonewash, pigment dye, or garment wash.
3. Construction & Details
Outline stitch types, seam finishes, and rib or cuff details.
Describe pocket shapes, placements, and closures.
Include zipper or button type, color, and material.
4. Graphics & Artwork
Upload artwork files in AI, SVG, or 300 dpi PNG.
Provide print and embroidery placements with size and color details.
Specify the finishing method — screen print, DTF, puff print, or embroidery.

5. Trims & Labeling
Upload your neck, size, and brand label designs.
Choose label materials (woven, printed, embroidered) and placement.
Include hangtags, care labels, and other packaging elements.

6. Colorways & Variations
List all available colors for each style.
Add notes for special or limited editions.

7. Packaging & Logistics
Define folding and packing instructions.
Specify polybag and carton labeling details.
Add barcode placement or shipping notes if required.

8. References & Visuals
Attach flat sketches, mock-ups, or product photos.
Include reference garments, fabrics, or texture examples.

Prepare Your Design Files
Gather your artwork and logo files in vector or high-resolution formats (AI, SVG, or 300 dpi PNG).
